Overview

Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) are engineered glazing systems consisting of two or more glass panes separated by precision spacer bars and hermetically sealed to form a controlled cavity filled with air or inert gases (Argon / Krypton). Designed to deliver superior thermal insulation, solar control, and acoustic performance, IGUs are a fundamental component of modern façade and building envelope systems.

Maximum IGU Size:

• Up to 20000 mm × 3300 mm (standard large format)
• Capability to extend up to 22000 mm length for special projects (subject to design and transport constraints)

Maximum IGU Thickness:

• Up to 60 mm – 80 mm overall build-up (depending on configuration)

Weight Handling Capacity:

• Suitable for heavy-duty unitized curtain wall systems and jumbo panels
